Kelisi Solutions provides web development, graphic design, SEO, social media management, consulting, and paid media marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project proposals or contracts.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or per agreed milestones. Late payments may result in paused work or additional fees.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their project. Kelisi Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Kelisi Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
